These terms apply when you use reelkaro.shop or engage ReelKaro for video shooting and editing services. By contacting us or signing up for a plan, you agree to the points below.

Our services

ReelKaro provides on-site video shoots and edited short-form content on a monthly retainer basis, as described on our pricing page. Exact scope, deliverables and turnaround for your business are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before a plan begins.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices shown on the site are starting estimates for a standard scope; any custom scope is quoted separately before work begins. Applicable taxes are added to all invoices.

Cancellations

Plans run month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. You may pause or cancel a plan by giving notice before your next billing date; work already completed for the current cycle is not refunded.

Content ownership

Once delivered and paid for, edited reels belong to you for use on your own channels. Raw, unedited footage remains ReelKaro's working material and is not provided as a separate deliverable unless agreed in advance.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to your premises on shoot days, and to have the right to feature any staff, customers or premises shown on camera. ReelKaro is not responsible for content or permissions issues arising from material a client asks us to shoot.

Limitation of liability

We aim to deliver reliably on the schedule agreed with each client, but we do not guarantee specific results such as views, followers or sales from posted content — outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

We may update these terms occasionally; the latest version will always be posted on this page.
