- Information you send us directly — when you message us on WhatsApp or email, we receive your name, phone number, email address, business details and anything else you choose to share.
- Basic usage data — like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may automatically log general details such as browser type, approximate location and pages visited, to help us understand how the site is used.
How we use this information
- To respond to enquiries and discuss our services
- To plan and deliver shoots for clients who sign up
- To send updates related to an active service, such as shoot schedules or delivery timelines
- To understand which parts of our site are useful and improve them over time
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for anything beyond running and improving ReelKaro's services and communicating with you.
